Tucson ,AZ : Woman stable after rollover crash on Monday ,July 20th 2015

Police and fire crews clearing up the scene of a two-car collision on Speedway Boulevard and Camino Seco.

Tucson Fire Department officials initially reported a man had been taken to the hospital with possible life-threatening injuries, but it was actually a woman.

She is now stable, according to Barrett Baker of the Tucson Fire Department.

The crash occurred around 6:30 p.m. when a driver was attempting to make a left turn from Speedway to Camino Seco. The driver making the left turn was struck by an oncoming car that ran a red light, and was flipped over.

The driver that hit the woman is OK and was cited for running the red light.
