JASPER, GA : One injured in Tuesday morning wreck on Tuesday, 25th October 2016

A car and trailer overturned on Interstate 75 near mile marker 450 Tuesday morning, according to Florida Highway Patrol (FHP).

According to the FHP report, John Lawrence Duffy, 67, of Ancaster, Ontario was traveling north on I-75. The report states when Duffy changed lanes to the center to pass a semi, he observed a tire in the roadway and attempted to miss the tire by turning his steering wheel.

The report states he veered off the west portion of the road. He then attempted to steer back onto the roadway and veered off the east side of the roadway.

Duffy’s 2009 Volkswagen Routan and trailer overturned on its left side and came to a final rest in the center and right lane of I-75.

The report states Duffy received a small scratch on his hand and his passenger June Isabelle Muir Duffy, 61, of Ancaster, Ontario received no injuries.
