Richland Township, PA : No one hurt in Route 38 crash on Tuesday, 4th December 2018

State police in Franklin said no one was injured in a crash in Richland Township on Tuesday morning.

According to police, Ryan E. Sharrar, 41, of Seneca, was driving a 2000 Toyota RAV4 south on Route 38 at about 5 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle on the ice-covered road.
