Two DWI accidents were reported Sunday in Mid-Missouri.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the first crash occurred around 6:50 a.m. in Callaway County on Route F, just east of County Road 323.
Willem Campbell, 24, of Fulton, went off the left side of Route F, struck a culvert and overturned while crossing County Road 323. His vehicle came to rest on its side against a fence in a ditch.
Campbell was arrested for DWI and failure to drive on the right side of the road resulting in an accident.
The second DWI crash occurred around 4:14 p.m. in Miller County on Village Marina Road, just east of Unicorn Road.
Gregory Heintz, 40, of Eldon, crossed the center line of the road and overcorrected, which caused the vehicle to go off the right side of the road and strike a tree.
Heintz was arrested for DWI, careless and imprudent driving, failure to wear a seat belt, and not having insurance.
