Driver killed when car flips over on City Avenue Bridge

Authorities say a driver was killed when his vehicle flipped over on the City Avenue Bridge just off the Schuylkill Expressway.Police say 28-year-old Tariq Sinclair-Williams was heading west on I-76 to Lincoln Drive.The driver lost control while travelling down the ramp, sending the car across the grassy area and onto City Avenue.

The car then struck a concrete barrier. Sinclair Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.No other vehicles were involved in the accident.
