PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI : 3-year-old child killed in vehicle accident on Sunday, 19th February 2023

A three-year-old child has died after a vehicle accident in Pleasant Prairie, after the child's father accidentally hit the child with a pickup truck.
Police say it happened near 107th Street and 33rd Avenue at 9:37 a.m. this morning.
Police say the three-year-old child was attempting to retrieve a ball in front of a pick-up truck, which was parked in a driveway at a residence.
The adult driver, who was the father of the child, was unaware that the child was there as the vehicle pulled forward.
The child was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead.
This is an ongoing investigation.
