Boca Raton, FL : Two injured after a crash involving two vehicles south of the Florida Atlantic University campus on Thursday morning, February 2, 2017

Two people were taken a hospital after a crash involving two vehicles Thursday morning.

The crash occurred at about 10:30 a.m. in the 600 block of West Glades Road, just south of the Florida Atlantic University campus.

One of the injured people was taken as a trauma alert and the other person had minor injuries, Boca Raton Fire Rescue spokesman Bob Lemons said.

One of the vehicles rolled over and the other caught fire. The fire was promptly extinguished, Lemons said.

Eastbound Glades Road has been shut down as police investigate the crash.
