EDINBURG, TX : Edinburg PD investigate fatal crash on Sunday, 10th September 2023

A man involved in a fatal crash was arraigned on Sunday.

Juan Pablo Torres, 22, was charged with intoxication manslaughter, intoxication assault and unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to the Edinburg Municipal Court.

Torres is held at a $1.5 million bond.

On Saturday at 2:09 a.m. authorities responded to the intersection of Trenton Road and Closner Boulevard in reference to a major crash.
