Memphis ,TN : MPD officer injured in crash on Tuesday afternoon. ,July 7th 2015

A Memphis police officer was injured in a car crash Tuesday afternoon.

Police said two cars crashed near the intersection of Getwell Road and Elliston Road.

The officer was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.

Two children in the other car were also injured. They were both taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.
