Chester, PA :Upper Chichester man dies after car rear-ends truck on I-95 on Thursday, July 2nd 2015

A 33-year-old Upper Chichester man died after his car rear-ended a tractor trailer on I-95 and became wedged underneath it late Thursday night, Pennsylvania State Police at Media barracks said.Emergency medical personnel pronounced Nelson Daniel Diaz dead at the scene, according to police.Around 10 minutes before midnight Thursday, Netsereab Issak Yohannes, 35, of Alexandria, Va. parked the truck he was driving in the gore area of I-95 southbound, near Exit 4, to check the braking system. After he inspected it, he got back into the truck.Police said Yohannes was about to get out of his parked position when he felt a strong jolt to the rear of the truck.
