San Antonio, TX : Two people killed and one injured in a fiery crash on Loop 410 in San Antonia on Saturday, April 18, 2015

Two people were killed and one other seriously injured in a fiery crash on Loop 410 on the Northwest Side Saturday afternoon.

Emergency crews were called to the eastbound lanes of Loop 410 at the Interstate 10 interchange around 2:40 p.m. Saturday. Police say the driver of a moving truck lost control near the Cherry Ridge entrance, and the truck slammed into the concrete 'flyover' pillar. The truck then burst into flames.

Two people traveling in the truck died at the scene. One other was pulled from the truck. That person was badly burned and was taken by AirLife to a hospital in serious condition.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash. Investigators do not know what caused the driver of the truck to lose control.

The eastbound lanes of Loop 410 at Interstate 10 were shut down for several hours, reopening after 7 p.m. on Saturday.
