Authorities say an Arkansas man was killed while riding his motorcycle on a New Mexico interstate.
New Mexico State Police say 56-year-old Thomas Farina, of Texarkana, was traveling westbound on Interstate 40 near Santa Rosa shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday when he failed to negotiate a curve.
Police say Farina veered onto the shoulder, where he lost control and crashed.
Farina was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
