Scottsbluff, NE : One person injured in two-vehicle accident at Highway 26 and 14th Avenue Friday night, May 20, 2016

Scottsbluff Police and fire and ambulance personnel responded to a two-vehicle collision at Highway 26 and 14th Avenue Friday night. Preliminary investigation is that the driver of a silver sedan pulled out on 14th Avenue, crossing Highway 26 in the path of a westbound Volkswagen New Beetle, Scottsbluff Police Officer Jed Combs said.

The male driver of the New Beetle was transported to Regional West Medical Center with possible injuries. The Star-Herald will report further details as they are made available by police.
