NEAR FAIR GROVE, MO : Missouri Highway Patrol investigates deadly crash north of Springfield on U.S. 65 on Thursday, 2nd August 2018

The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash north of Springfield.

The crash happened around 3:20 p.m. on U.S. 65 and Highway KK. Troopers say a driver pulled in front another driver going south on U.S. 65. The car struck that car. One driver died. The other driver suffered minor injuries.

Troopers closed U.S. 65 for a short time.
