Newark, DE : Driver dies after head-on collision in Newark, Delaware on Friday October 2 2015

Delaware State Police say a driver injured in a head-on collision in Newark has died.
Troopers say on Oct. 2, 35-year-old Scot A. Doyle of Newark was traveling east on Old Baltimore Pike. Police say a car driven by 57-year-old Emmanuel Ndi of Bear was traveling west when it began to hydroplane into the eastbound lanes.
Authorities say the two cars collided head-on. Troopers say Doyle was taken to Christiana Hospital, where he died on Oct. 9.Ndi, who was treated and released, was charged with careless driving and no proof of insurance. The crash remains under investigation.
