MOBILE, AL : 2-vehicle crash claims the life of a Theodore man on Monday, 15th April 2024

A two-vehicle crash involving a motorcycle and a truck has claimed the life of a Theodore man, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

The crash occurred on Sunday, April 14 at approximately 12:35 p.m. on Alabama 193 near mile marker 10 in Mobile County.

Michael Collins, 52, of Theodore, was fatally injured when the 2007 Suzuki GSX motorcycle he was operating hit the back of a 2023 Toyota Tundra.

Collins was thrown from the motorcycle and pronounced deceased on the scene, according to law enforcement.

Troopers with the ALEA Highway Patrol Division said they are continuing to investigate.
