Montgomery County, PA : Pedestrian dies after crash on Route 611 near Horsham Road on Wednesday night, May 11, 2016

A man died after he was hit by a car in Montgomery County overnight.

Horsham police said the crash happened at about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday on Route 611 near Horsham Road.

The driver stayed at the scene, police said.

Authorities said the circumstances of the crash remained under investigation and further details weren't available. No charges had been filed as of Thursday morning.
