OGDEN, UT : Ogden Police name victim in fatal car crash Friday on Friday, March 17th 2017

Police have publicly identified the victim of a fatal car crash near 1600 Washington Blvd. Friday evening.

Gene Roy Stanley, 76, was declared dead at the scene after the car he was driving hit a tree around 5:20 p.m.

Police said that there were two family members — a 43-year-old male and a 74-year-old female — in the vehicle with Stanley, according to a tweet from the Ogden Police Department.
