RICHMOND, VA : A fatal wreck in Louisa County on Sunday, September 10, 2017

Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal wreck in Louisa County over the weekend.

The wreck occurred just before midnight Saturday when a pickup truck ran off the road in the 5400 block of Byrd Mill Road in Louisa County and struck a tree. Police said one person was pronounced dead as a result of the wreck.
