PHOENIX, AZ : Impaired driver could face charges in fatal Phoenix crash on Tuesday, September 12, 2017
Authorities in Phoenix say a man who allegedly was driving impaired may face criminal charges after a crash killed a passenger in his pickup truck.
Phoenix police say 47-year-old Lori Ann Alvarado was pronounced dead at a hospital after Tuesday afternoon’s collision.
They say alcohol impairment is suspected on the part of the 47-year-old driver of the truck.
He was taken to a hospital and police say he’s expected to survive his injuries.
The man’s name hasn’t been released yet.
Police say the driver of the other vehicle and a 4-year-old passenger weren’t seriously injured.
