Richmond, VA : Richmond man, 34, killed in Interstate 95 crash on February, Monday 5th 2018

A 34-year-old Richmond man was killed Monday night in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 95.

About 9:30 p.m., Virginia State Police responded to the crash on southbound I-95 near downtown Richmond, just north of Broad Street.
