ALBANY, NY : Woman gives birth after Albany car crash on Tuesday, 2nd January 2018

A woman gave birth in downtown Albany on Tuesday after the car she was riding in crashed just blocks away from the hospital, city officials said.
Albany police Sgt. Pasqualino DeLuca was patrolling the area around Lincoln Park late Tuesday morning when he spotted a man flagging him down at the intersection of Delaware and Morton avenues, city police spokesman Officer Steve Smith said.
