MAYES COUNTY, OK : 49-year-old man killed in Mayes County crash on Monday, 30th September 2024

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said a 49-year-old man is dead after a crash in Mayes County Monday morning.

OHP said the crash happened just after midnight on Monday on US-69, one mile south of West 540 Road in Chouteau.

OHP said Kevin Blaine was pronounced dead on scene.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation. One other unknown vehicle was involved in the crash.
