Arkansas State Police say a woman was killed in a head-on collision on Highway 70 near Pearcy.

Police say 49-year-old Teresa Yates of Royal was dead at the scene of the crash Tuesday.

A state police report says Yates was westbound when her vehicle crossed the centerline of the highway and collided with an eastbound vehicle.

The driver and a passenger in the eastbound vehicle suffered undisclosed injuries.

The report says the weather was clear and the highway was dry at the time of the crash.
