Biloxi, MS : Saucier man dead in a motorcycle crash in Harrison County on Sunday afternoon, June 26, 2016

A Saucier man is dead Sunday afternoon following a motorcycle crash in Harrison County.

Police say 61-year-old Michael Mullins was traveling eastbound on Lamey Bridge Rd., east of Hwy. 67, when he lost control of his motorcycle and was thrown into a nearby ditch.

Mullins suffered blunt force trauma to the head and neck, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Though his death has been ruled as accidental, the Harrison County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
