HONOLULU, HI : Man in his 50s killed in fatal pedestrian crash in Honolulu on Friday, 12th July 2024

A man in his 50s was left dead following a fatal motor vehicle collision that involved a pedestrian in the Honolulu area on Friday, July 12, 2024.

On Friday around 9:20 p.m., the crash occurred in the area of Ala Moana Blvd and Queen St. The Honolulu Police Department (HPD), Traffic Division, Vehicular Homicide Section, reported that a 51-year-old woman was driving westbound on Ala Moana Blvd near the intersection of Queen St. when an unidentified man in his 50s attempted to walk across Ala Moana Blvd outside of a marked crosswalk into the path of the woman and was struck.
