Oklahoma City, OK : Enid man dies in Ardmore wreck Wednesday night, August 31, 2016

An Enid man was struck and died as he was attempting to cross Interstate 35 Wednesday night, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported Thursday.

About 8:25 p.m., David Harber, 42, was attempting to cross I-35, about 1 mile north of Ardmore, when he was struck by a sport utility vehicle, troopers said.

The driver of the SUV, William Gillen, 59, of Dallas, was not injured, the patrol reported.
