Fort Worth, TX : Woman dies in DWI crash and man arrested on Thursday November 19 2015

A man has been arrested in connection with the death of a Missouri woman in a Fort Worth crash. As reported by the Star-Telegram, the suspect stands accused of hitting the rear side of the vehicle the woman and her husband were traveling in resulting in the car skidding and slamming into a wall.
The driver of the car William Williams, was not injured; however, his wife sustained serious chest injuries which she died from three days later. The couple was reportedly traveling back to Missouri after visiting their daughter in San Antonio.
The pickup truck driver suspected of causing the crash, 29-year-old Leonardo Oviedo, has been charged with murder. He is also facing a felony DWI-repetition charge.
Oviedo is stated to have two DWI convictions on his record from 2008 and 2010. For various charges, he has been convicted seven times in Tarrant County.
