Joplin, MO : Two Kansans were injured in a motorcycle accident on Thursday, October, 12th 2017

Two Kansans were injured in a motorcycle accident at 4 p.m. Thursday on Missouri Highway 86, about 3 miles north of Eagle Rock in Barry County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The driver of the motorcycle, Randy L. Ikehorn, 62, of Wichita, Kansas, was flown by medical helicopter to Mercy Hospital Springfield with serious injuries. His passenger, Johanna L. Ikehorn, 67, was taken by ambulance to the same hospital with minor injuries, the patrol said.

Their southbound motorcycle ran off the road and overturned, the patrol said.
