CHELMSFORD, MA : Driver crashes into Chelmsford building at 21 Drum Hill Road on Tuesday, 25th February, 2020

A woman was uninjured when she drove her car into an unoccupied commercial space at 21 Drum Hill Road on Tuesday afternoon.
A window frame of the commercial space was damaged, but the building had no structural damage, according to an emergency radio broadcast.
The car that struck the building, a Toyota Camry, had been parked in a parking space in front of the structure. The driver, who wished to remain anonymous, said from the scene she accidentally pressed the car’s accelerator instead of its break.
“I’ve never done that before,” she said.
