A Fluvanna woman was killed and her male passenger was injured Saturday afternoon after the car she was driving crashed into a tree on Thomas Jefferson Parkway.
At about 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Albemarle County police and rescue crews responded to the 2400 block of Thomas Jefferson Parkway, near Milton Road, where they found a vehicle crashed into a tree.
