SCOTT COUNTY, MO : Bicyclist hit killed in Scott County Mo on Wednesday, 13th November 2024

Emergency crews rushed to the scene of a deadly crash in Scott County involving a bicyclist on Wednesday evening, November 13.

The crash happened around 5:19 p.m. just west of Blodgett on Highway U.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, an eastbound car driven by a 23-year-old Benton, Mo. man hit a bicyclist in the roadway.

MSHP said the bicyclist, a 20-year-old Blodgett man, died at the scene.
