A motorcyclist is dead after he crashed then was struck by three vehicles Saturday night on Highway 198 just outside Lemoore Naval Air Station. The California Highway Patrol reported that David Workman, 43, was driving a Chevrolet Malibu west on Highway 198 just east of Avenal Cutoff Road just after 6 p.m. when he ran into the back of a motorcycle.
