MARCY, NY : A two-vehicle crash in Marcy on Wednesday, January, 17th 2018

A Remsen man was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Marcy Wednesdsay, according to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.

At about 5 p.m., Frank Getti, 48, of Remsen, was traveling east on Old River Road when a vehicle operated by Christopher Crolius, 59, of Boonville, pulled out in front of Getti from Chaminade Road, causing a collision, deputies said.

Getti was transported by Kunkel Ambulance to St. Luke’s Campus of the Mohawk Valley Health System for evaluation of leg and back injuries, officials said.

Crolius was issued a traffic ticket for failure to yield the right of way, which is returnable to Marcy Town Court at a later date, deputies said.
