San Antonio, TX : Two people injured in pickup truck crash on Monday October 17 2016

A VIA bus made an unscheduled stop Monday, smashing into a Southwest Side home after a collision with a pickup, leaving two people injured and the house untenable, San Antonio Fire Department officials said.
The pickup ran a stop sign near the house in the 6200 block of Haven Valley and the bus driver swerved to avoid it but “the two collided,” said SAFD battalion chief Brian O’Niell. “The bus ended up in the wall.”
The bus bearing a law firm advertisement with the headline, “Accidente” ended up sticking diagonally out of the one-story house. It carried no passengers and its driver sustained minor injuries. It was not clear if the pickup driver, who was taken to University Hospital, would face charges.
