Williamson, W.V : Three people injured after a two vehicle collision near West Williamson early Friday morning, March 10, 2017

A two vehicle collision at the busy Corridor G (U.S. 119) intersection and U.S. 52 near West Williamson (commonly referred to as the cut-through) early Friday morning sent three people to the hospital.
A red Dodge Stratus operated by Stephanie Bowling of Pikeville, Ky. suffered damage to the passenger side of the vehicle and the other vehicle, a gray Toyota Camry driven by Rhonda Sue Hatfield, address listed as Phelps, Ky. sustained significant damage to the front of the vehicle she was driving.
According to Williamson Fire Department (WFD) personnel the passenger in the vehicle operated by Bowling, had to be extricated from the vehicle, the extent of that person’s injuries is unknown; however, they did not appear to be life-threatening. She was transported to a local hospital by STAT Ambulance Service.
