A crash Tuesday afternoon on Interstate 78 West was slowing traffic, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.It was reported about 4:40 p.m. near mile-marker 56 of I-78 West, around Lehigh Street, in Salisbury Township.A PennDOT traffic camera at Lehigh Street showed westbound traffic squeezing by, but vehicles backing up in the area.
