Newburg, NY : 1 killed in vehicle crash at the intersection of Glen Valley Road and Jeanine Drive on Wednesday, 6th June 2019

A person was killed Wednesday afternoon following a vehicle collision at the intersection of Glen Valley Road and Jeanine Drive.

Around 2:30 p.m., the driver of a red vehicle heading eastbound on Glen Valley Road didn't stop at a stop sign and was hit by a pickup truck moving southbound on Jeanine Drive, said Louisville Metro Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell.

The red vehicle's driver was taken to University of Louisville Hospital where he or she died. A passenger in the vehicle and the pickup's driver were also hospitalized, but they're expected to survive, Mitchell said.
