A trio of motorcycles lost control on Minnesota Highway 60 just west of 197th Avenue around milepost 215 at about 4:55 p.m. Sunday, sending one of the bikers to the hospital.
Demetrius Johnson, 34, of St. Paul was eastbound on Hwy. 60, being followed by Devonn Foster, 47, of Robbinsdale and Reggie Wright-Howard, 31, of Bloomington when he entered a curve and lost control of his motorcycle, striking a guard rail on the right side of the road and overturning. The motorcycle ridden by Foster that was following then lost control and went down, followed by the motorcycle ridden by Wright-Howard, who also lost control and crashed, according to a report from the Minnesota State Patrol.
Foster and Wright-Howard were treated on scene. Johnson was transported to St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Wabasha with non-life threatening injuries. He was treated and released, according to a St. Elizabeth's spokeswoman.
