Spartanburg, SC : Taylors man dies in Greer vehicle crash on Monday, 17th October 2016

A 21-year-old man was killed in a car crash in Greer on Monday morning.
Dayquan Nesbitt, of 1900 Boling Road Extension in Taylors, was pronounced dead at the scene after the vehicle he was driving struck a utility pole at 1311 W. Wade Hampton Blvd., Greenville County Coroner Parks Evans said in a statement.
The single-vehicle crash occurred around 10:42 a.m., Evans stated.
Nesbitt was the only one in the vehicle when it crashed. He swerved to the side of the road where he struck a curb and a utility pole, causing the vehicle to overturn and pinning Nesbitt underneath.
The Greer Police Department is continuing to investigate along with the Greenville County Coroner's Office.
