According to Cpl. Panama City Police officials said they believe that driver could have had blood pressure issues that caused him to crash.
The owner of the Jeep said he was backing out of the last parking spot before the four-way intersection of Harrison Avenue and 5th Street when he was struck on his rear left quarter panel. He said he saw the other driver’s head on the steering wheel before crashing into the building.
