Marietta ,GA : Driver charged in motorcyclist’s death following Sandy Springs wreck on April, Monday 2nd 2018
The driver of a vehicle that hit a motorcyclist, causing his death, is being charged in the wreck that occurred over the weekend in Sandy Springs.
March 31 at about 4 p.m., the Sandy Springs police and fire rescue departments responded to a 911 call about a two-vehicle collision that happened on Roswell Road just south of Abernathy Road. According to police, the investigation revealed that a motorcycle was traveling south on Roswell Road. A vehicle entered the road, failing to yield to the motorcycle, and they collided.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as Cameron Densler, 24, of Marietta. The driver of the car, Martin Miller, was not injured. Miller was charged with failure to yield right of way entering a roadway and second-degree vehicular homicide.
