Bellevue, WA :Sound Transit bush crashes in Bellevue when driver suffered 'medical issue on Friday September 4 2015

A Sound Transit 550 bus jumped a curb and crashed in downtown Bellevue when a transit driver what officials say was a medical issue.
King County Metro Transit spokesman Jeff Switzer tells the Seattle Times that no passengers or bystanders were injured in the Wednesday incident. The driver was taken to a hospital to be checked for pain.
Officials say the bus hopped a curb and struck a tree and a building. Other buses were detoured around the area.
