Keystone, SD : Four people injured in a four-motorcycle crash Highway 244 near Keystone on Wednesday afternoon, July 29, 2015

A four-motorcycle crash Wednesday afternoon near Keystone sent four people to the hospital with what were described as non-life threatening injuries.

The accident occurred near where U.S. Highway 16A and S.D. Highway 244 intersect, according the Patty Garland, spokeswoman for the Pennington County Sheriff's Office.

The South Dakota Highway Patrol, Keystone Volunteer Fire Department and Keystone ambulance joined sheriff's deputies in handling the accident.
