Boston,MA : Tobin ramp reopened after crash on April, Sunday 1st 2018

connecting the Tobin Bridge and Route 1 south to Interstate 93 south has reopened after being briefly shut down this morning due to what state police were calling a serious two-car accident.

Traffic was temporarily diverted to Rutherford Avenue in Charlestown.
