East Harlem, NY : Man dead and a woman injured in parked cars crash on Monday January 4 2016.

Police say a crash in the Bronx left a man dead and a woman injured.
They say 31-year-old Ricardo Gayle was headed westbound on East 222nd Street around 5:20 a.m. Monday when he crossed into the eastbound lanes and hit a parked sport utility vehicle.
Police say Gayle then hit three more parked cars. All the parked cars were empty.
The East Harlem man was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
A 23-year-old woman who was also in the car was hospitalized as well. Police say she is in stable condition with a head injury.
Authorities are investigating.
