YOLO COUNTY, CA : Crash on westbound I-80 on the Yolo Causeway causing major delays on Tuesday, 18th July 2023

Expect delays for a while longer along westbound Interstate 80 on the Yolo Causeway

The California Highway Patrol said a crash happened around 5 a.m. when a big rig went off the right shoulder into a trench. The big rig overturned, causing lanes to be closed.

A spokesperson for Caltrans said lane closure will be impacting the 5 p.m. commute for people in the area. Officials are urging people to find another way through the area.
