LEXINGTON, SC : Motorcycle crash in Lexington leaves 21-year-old dead on Friday, 26th January 2024

A Lexington man was killed during a motorcycle accident on Interstate-20 Friday night, according to Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher.
Patrick Riley Prewitt, 21, was traveling westbound on I-20 in the Columbia area of Lexington County shortly before 10:30 p.m. Friday night. According to Fisher, Prewitt went off the side of the highway and collided with a guard rail.
Prewitt, who was wearing a helmet, died on the scene, the coroner said.
