Motorcycle crash along Canyon Road kills one and shuts down traffic, police say

Beaverton police are investigating a fatal accident along Canyon Road that killed a motorcyclist on Thursday night.
The crash occurred near Canyon Lane and closed traffic in both directions along Canyon Road, said Officer Mike Rowe, a Beaverton Police spokesman.

Witnesses told police there were no other vehicles involved.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident and have withheld the victim's name, pending family notification.
