Las Vegas, NV : Two people injured in a 3-car crash at North Las Vegas on Thursday evening, February 5, 2015

One car rolled over and two people were sent to the hospital in a three-car crash this evening at a North Las Vegas intersection, police said.

Officers received a report about 6:45 p.m. of the crash at Civic Center Drive and East Tonopah Avenue, Officer Aaron Patty said.

One car hit another, causing the second car to roll over. The car that rolled over caused minor damage to a third car, Patty said.

No one in the car that rolled over was hospitalized, but the drivers of the other two vehicles, a man and a woman, were transported to University Medical Center with injuries believed to be nonlife-threatening, he said.

The intersection was closed as police investigated.
